Position Summary
The Warehouse Team Leader must have good work habits and work ability, and the work services he provides must meet the PC and MC planning, material control, warehouse management and other work requirements undertaken by the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Strictly abide by the company&039;s general safety operating procedures and supervise subordinates to implement them conscientiously.
Obey the work arrangements of superiors and conscientiously implement their work instructions. Continuously improve warehouse management methods, and promptly report long- term inventory backlogs and stagnant products to superior departments; assess the work performance of subordinates and report to superiors.
Initiate, suggest or provide solutions through designated channels.
Supervise delivery personnel to implement the " first in, first out " principle for delivery and material distribution.
Participate in the training of warehouse personnel and training provided by the company.
Identify and / or record any problems with products, processes and management systems.
Provide guidance and training to subordinate personnel, and be responsible for compiling work instructions for each position in the warehouse.
Validate implementation of the solution.
Evaluate the work performance of subordinates, develop work improvement plans with subordinates, and check the implementation of improvement plans.
Take appropriate actions to prevent any inconsistencies related to products, processes and / or systems.
Be familiar with the four steps of sales and delivery. Be proficient in operating the scanner and understand basic maintenance knowledge.
Committed to the implementation of relevant management processes and continuous improvement of work according to the company&039;s requirements.
Implement "6S" management of the warehouse according to the company&039;s requirements, and conduct supervision, inspection and evaluation.
Ensure on- time delivery and accurate shipment according to the company&039;s requirements, and achieve the company&039;s annual quality goals.
Control the further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the defect or non- conforming condition is corrected.
Strictly review the goods to ensure that the Scala delivery note, shipping list, and packing list are consistent.
Responsible for assisting the finance department with regular physical inventory counts.
Responsible for coordinating and arranging the work of warehouse staff, reporting to superiors for approval, and providing statistical information for company leaders to conduct fair assessment of the work performance of warehouse staff.
Supervise the preparation of finished product picking list, packing list and label production. Responsible for the outbound progress control according to the sales outbound order, and the nearby shipping, transportation and loading and unloading arrangements.
Carefully complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
