- Overall in- charge of recommending/requesting purchases of parts and services for the department.
- Overall in- charge of tender calling, tender award recommendation, site supervision & administrative management for all projects within Dept.’s assignment
- Overall in- charge of environmental protection activities in the park and liaise with Authority and related Dept. to duel with customers on the relevant environmental issues.
- Overall in- charge of planning and implementing routine and preventive maintenance and improvement works of water supply network, sewer system and STPs
- Overall in- charge of water supply network, sewer system and STPs’ management and operation.
- Overall in- charge of implementing ISO for the department.
- Overall in- charge of planning, making and reviewing budget, work plan of the department.

- Properly use computer office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Understand and have experience in supply water network design & operation, pump station, wastewater treatment process and environmental assessment
- At least five (5) years’ experience working in field of mechanical engineering & sewage treatment plan and five (5) years’ experience in supervising a team
- University degree in mechanical technology or equivalent qualifications
- Able to prepare written report
- Fluent in English, reading, writing and conversation
