Welding Engineer

- Elevate Product Quality: Champion quality assurance and technical compliance for all welded products, ensuring adherence to global standards.
- Implement Strategic Improvement: Design and deploy permanent corrective actions and process enhancements to prevent recurrence and boost manufacturing efficiency.
- Serve as Technical Authority: Act as the primary expert, providing specialized welding consultation and solutions to customers and strategic partners.
- Drive Root Cause Resolution: Conduct deep technical investigation and analysis of field issues to diagnose and isolate defect origins.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Foreign Language: The candidate must possess the ability to communicate in English and be able to read and understand relevant technical documents and engineering drawings in English (functional reading proficiency is acceptable).
- Education: Graduation from a full- time College/University program or higher, specializing in Welding/Welding Metallurgy Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or an equivalent technical field.
- Experience:
+ Commitment to Growth: For entry- level applicants or those with minimal experience, the company provides comprehensive guidance and cross- functional training across key departments, including QA/QC, Production Management, and Research & Development (R&D), to ensure professional competence meets company standards.
+ A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of practical experience or internship in an engineering or technical support capacity is preferred.
+ Global Exposure: The successful candidate will have the potential for business travel and skill development assignments in various countries across the Southeast Asia region.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
- Technical Skills: Preference will be given to candidates who have the ability to calculate, inspect, and perform analysis on complex welded structures.
- Local Residency: Preference for candidates with household registration in Dong Nai province.
- Welding Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates who possess a solid understanding of welding process technology (WPS, PQR, etc.).
- Certification: Candidates holding international certificates or formal qualifications in the welding field are preferred.
- Gender: Male.
