Customer quotation elaboration:
Receive inquiries and elaborate pricing, planning and budget

Define welding time and production cost
Elaborate & review offer, schedule & budget
Customer project documentation analysis
Define welding process and methods
Define nesting drawings and raw material supplies
Send Inquiries to supplier
Analyse technical feasibility and quality requirment

Project Management
Arrange part production from Purchase order reception until delivery

Make purchase order and follow- up suppliers. Launch production and manage welding team.
Collaborate with other dept. for supply chain and logisitic operation
Set- up and follow up Welding book and Quality documentation.
Validate production schedule, process and negotiation.
Work with NDT subcontractor and quality dept. to ensure part and documentation conformity.

Welding Dept. development: Coordinate and lead of growth of the welding shop

Ensure shop is well organised, clean and tidy.
Lead maintenance operation.
Follow- up welder and equipement certificate.
Organize welding dept. layout.
Manage stock of consumable, gas, filler, PPE….
Define machinery investment and toolings.
Define and supervise workload and production schedule.

Microsoft 365 suite
Raw Material Classification
Welding process
Welding book and quality requirment following AWS and ISO standard
Non destructive testing
3D Software (Autocad, solidworks….)
Fabrication methods

Skills

Team Management
Communication (fluent in English, French is a plus)

Background:

5 years of experience in Welding Project Management
Mechanical Engineering Degree- Welding
Highly motivated and Flexible
