A Well – Being Manager shall be expected to perform the including but not limited to the following key tasks:
Functional Management Role
Work with management and HR to incorporate wellbeing into company policies and culture.
Work with finance to provide professional expert consultancy on personal finance management.
Manage clinic nursing staff and schedule working shifts ensure service consistently during factory operation.
Provide professional expert support, advice and resources for employees on matters of health and wellbeing.
Develop and implement wellbeing programs aimed at promoting physical and mental health among employees.
Stay current on the latest research and trends in workplace health and wellbeing.
Organize and promote wellbeing calendar, events, workshops, or other activities in both external and internal.
Work with HSE to prevent occupational health by evaluating risk, design preventive method working/system.
Set- up and operate internal clinic station in compliance with regulations of laws including lab tests and interpreting the test results.
Set- up and operate internal health and fitness center.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of wellbeing initiatives on employee satisfaction and productivity.
Departmental Management Role
Lead and/or participate in projects relating to wellbeing service and/or function development.
Review and develop department handbook including detailed HR policy, SOP, work instructions and standards.
Other related tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Identify challenges and suggest solutions to improve department operations.
Set, review and manage subordinate team/individual KPIs.
Work effectively with management team and staffs at all levels to promote wellbeing culture.
Recommend and work with IT on developing database/software and applications to support department tasks and reports.
Hire, lead, train and develop subordinates to ensure individual reaching their best ability and the team delivering the highest level of performance.
Establish and promote a working spirit within department that encourages team work, engagement, innovation and efficiency.
Recommend and keep department expenditure under control and within approved budgets.
Prepare analytical reports to provide a full picture of department operation and performance.
Plan, organize and control use of department resources to implement department work plan and to achieve department goals.
