Practices asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment, as per company policy.
Troubleshoots technical support problems related to technology systems and provide necessary assistance or solutions.
Identifies user training needs and provide necessary on- site training in coordination with the Training Department.
Installs and maintains network systems and related peripheral equipment; performs network administration and security functions while ensuring system integrity and security.
Identifies purchase recommendations including users’ needs and provides justification for equipment and services.
Troubleshoots problems relating to computer hardware and software.
Investigates user problems and needs, identify their source, and determines possible solutions.
Installs, assembles, configures and maintains any IT related equipment on site.
Assists in the assessment of user training needs, coordinates and performs system applications in- house training.
Interprets and explains technical concepts to non- technical users as required
Provides general on- site technical support as required.
Coordinates and reports any IT related concerns or challenges.
Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and upgrades the existing systems and databases.
Participates in the provision of end- user services, including help desk and technical support services in the property.
Administers network activities and maintain system security.
Researches potential technology solutions and makes appropriate recommendations.
Maintains all database including the input and correction of data, determines format, researches data conversions, establishes data specifications and updates sources and ensures data integrity.
Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with specialised and dedicated technology systems; implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as required.
Installs and troubleshoots problems within the network and system, including installation of new applications, upgrades and assists users to solve software problems.

Understanding, continuing update and compliance of the relevant policies, procedures and service delivery standards of this position.
Performs other related duties and functions assigned.
Understanding, continuing update and compliance of human resources policies, procedures and code of discipline; while promoting management, team and cross department support, leadership, professionalism and good relations.
