Responsibilities

Take ownership of our website development and maintenance, ensuring we can operate independently from external agencies.
Enhance the website as a key extension of our brand and as a driver for campaigns and customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to translate strategic and creative needs into scalable web solutions.
Continuously improve the website’s usability, performance, and responsiveness to meet evolving needs.
Build, customize, and optimize modules, templates and themes within HubSpot CMS.
Explore and apply AI- powered tools and workflows to speed up development, improve quality and enhance the user experience where possible.
Develop new components, features and integrations as needed, aligned with business goals.

Must have

Proactive and self- driven mindset — able to take ownership of website development and improvements.
Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
Comfortable collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams.
Ability to build and customize templates, themes, and modules.
Familiarity with responsive, mobile- first design and UI/UX best practices.
Strong front- end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript with 3- 5 years of experience.
Strong English communication skills and a team- oriented attitude.
Experience in developing and maintaining websites using WordPress.

Nice to have

Understanding of accessibility standards and web compliance.
Affinity with the FinTech domain and interest in user- centered digital experiences.
Experience working on open- source projects or in agile, fast- paced environments.
Familiarity with HubSpot APIs, marketing automation, or analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
Previous experience with HubSpot CMS and its development tools.
Exposure to or interest in AI- assisted development workflows.
