Determine best practices, principals and promote them across the organization.
Defining excellent documentation and users’ stories, highly and efficiently maintain the team’s backlog.
Have the knowledge of most business processes/information systems in the company.
Cooperate with local and also foreign development teams on delivery.
Provide guidance, training, and mentoring for new BA specialist.
Active role in definition of IT solutions with business
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
Assess the project risks and work on the mitigation strategies to ensure that the software development process progresses smoothly and meets project goals.
Sole responsibility for small and medium tasks
Assess the impact of changes to existing software systems, provide recommendations, and help manage or improve the change process.
Contribute to build team’s culture/process/standard.
Participation on system and acceptance testing to assure the quality standards.
Participation on IT and business projects
Gathering and completion of business requirements, conduct cost/benefits analysis
Consult business needs, negotiate with business and suggest solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior business analyst, and other team members.

Have experience in financial company
Ability to draw process model diagrams
Very good knowledge and experience with Software development cycle from start to finish
At least 5 years experience on IT / Business analyst position
Practical experience with software development methodologies
Practical experience with using of UML and modeling tools
Experience with planning of testing scope and writing of test scenarios
Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user- centric mindset or understanding
Ability to create templates / outputs in unknown areas
