Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Comply with company’s brand identity standards and standard design systems.
• Coordinate with business to unify solutions and initiatives to develop internal software for the bank.
• Comply with company’s processes/regulations.
• Directly survey, collect information, analyze and specify according to business requirements.

• Understanding of Transaction Checking and Reconciliation.
• Delivered products of good quality, limiting errors.
• Careful, quickly absorbing new technology solutions and applying them to work.
• At least 2 years of experience in collecting, analyzing and specifying business requirements.
• Strong communication with customers & stakeholders.
• Strong experience in financial/fintech or banking domain.
• At least 2 years of experience in specifying and designing applications, finance and banking.
• Actively report periodic work results to management.
• At least 2 years of experience in querySQL.
• Proficient in building business requirement specification documents.
• Thoroughly test (unit test) before handing over to the testing team.
• Understanding of Citad, Swift, Tax submission business.
• Experience working on Oracle database.
• Withstand high pressure from project priority and timeline
• From 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to read and understand documents in English
