1、组装工序生产相关各项工作，根据生产任务单，合理分配至各车间并适时调整，确保本工序各项工作目标的顺利完成；All production related tasks in the assembly process are reasonably allocated to each workshop according to the production task list and adjusted in a timely manner to ensure the smooth completion of various work objectives in this process
2、生产交付：保证交付达成，对产能不足的情况及时沟通调整；及时解决生产过程中的异常情况。质量管理：按照工艺要求及质量标准组织生产，监督检查落实情况；负责组织开展质量改善及相关技术改进；Production delivery: Ensure delivery is achieved and communicate and adjust in a timely manner in case of insufficient production capacity; Timely resolve any abnormal situations during the production process.Quality management: Organize production according to process requirements and quality standards, supervise and inspect implementation; Responsible for organizing quality improvement and related technical improvements.
3、成本控制：及时汇总各车间成本控制信息并制定相应成本控制策略；负责对产品工价进行审批任职要求：Cost control: Timely summarize cost control information from each workshop and develop corresponding cost control strategies; Responsible for approving product labor rates

More than 6 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing enterprises, with no less than 3 years of production management experience
2、6年以上制造型企业相关工作经验，其中生产管理经验不少于3年
3、熟练掌握计算机办公软件操作熟悉生产制造的部门运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各个环节，有500人以上制造团队管理经验；熟悉生产成本控制，统筹运作，熟悉生产作业流程和工艺规程，熟悉生产质量的控制管理，熟悉ISO9001/14001/18001体系管理；具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力、规划能力。

1、本科学历，英语可以作为工作语言，会一些中文。年龄35岁左右最佳，最大不可超过39。
