101444 - Business Development Manager - Testing Services

- Work Location: District 12, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 48,8M ~ 73,3M

- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers;
- Enable business of international buyers;
- Conduct market research, information analysis, and consolidation for business development projects;
- Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and documented sales pipelines of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate communication of such to the Sales and Marketing Manager;
- Foster and develop relationships with customers;
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new growth areas, market trends, customers, partnerships, and services in SEA (Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia);
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or online;
- Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these;
- Develop and implement strategic business plans and marketing plans for respective business fields;

・Experience:
- Understanding of the competitive TIC (Testing- Inspection- Certification) landscape in Vietnam;
- Sufficient territory planning ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- At least 5 years of experience working in business development position for testing service providers.
・Other requirements:
- Customer- oriented attitude, strong selling and negotiation skills;
- Good interpersonal and organization skills;
- Be able to work in a multi- cultural / multi- national environment.
