Position: Export- Import Staff (9- month contract)- Machinery

Job Code: 102328

Responsibility

- Any other jobs related to Import- Export as being required
- Keeping in line with customers/suppliers and forwarders to do the custom work to get smoothly.
- Implementing all works on import/export equipment, and spare parts.
- Implementing all work on purchasing spare parts in Vietnam for the Mechanic department.
- Sending data to the Customs / Vietnam registration department, and doing workings, and reports related to import /export.
- Following, collect all documents relating to payment for supplier and submit to the Accountant department.
- Checking price, making a purchase order, checking handover minutes, receiving invoices…

- Working location: Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city

- Monthly Salary: 10,000,000～15,000,000VND

Requirements

- Language: English- Business Level
- Experience: at least 1 year of working experience as an import- export staff in any industry for foreign companies (prefer trading companies)
- Age: 24- 35
- Gender: Female only
- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree with majors in Logistic, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant fields

<Preferable Skill / Experience>- Priority is given to candidates near the company area
