<Job Summary>As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve the company&039;s revenue targets. You will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. - New Business Development:
+ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively managing leads through the sales cycle.
+ Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
+ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand client needs, market trends, and competition.
+ Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
+ Conduct effective sales presentations and service demonstrations to showcase our web app production and digital marketing services.
+ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders.
+ Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
- Partnership Development:
+ Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to expand the network and build brand visibility.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and co- branded campaigns.
+ Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and industry influencers.
- Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
+ Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
+ Utilize CRM software or other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
+ Regularly review and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
