Mô tả công việc

Work Location: Working place will be arranged in factories in Vietnam as per client’s order / Company’s assignment
Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 35M

Responsible for the generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers mainly through customer visits or industry events. Responsible for region/ area, portfolio, or a cluster of customers defined in the sales plan.

- Recover lost customers.
- Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up- sell the service portfolio.
- Supports the Area Sales Manager in defining the yearly sales plan.
- Maintains/grows customer loyalty and ring- fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
- Executes customer visits and or visits to industry events.
- Monitors market and competitors.
- Documents all activities in the relevant IT tools (e.g Salesforce.com)
- Acquires new customers.
- Conducts the final negotiation of quotations and contracts with the customer in collaboration with relevant stakeholders / P&L responsible persons and in line with the company&039;s requirements.
- Follows up on quotations with customers (can be delegated to sales support).
- Generates new leads (e.g. on fairs) and converts assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels.
- Supports in the cash collection of unpaid/overdue invoices for the customers for which (s)he is responsible. Contact for cross- BF (Business Function) / cross- BS (Business Stream) inquiries from other Sales colleagues.
- Identifies solutions for customer needs, if necessary with the involvement of Subject Master Experts.
- Develops and maintains a customer- focused list (together with Area Sales Manager) by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc.
- Responsible for the on- time delivery, quality, and follow- up of the quotation according to the customer&039;s needs.
- Conducts sales analytics in area of responsibility.
- Meets and exceeds sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan.
- Participates in regular sales reviews with the disciplinary Supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

・Experience: Having 5 to 10 years of sales experience including 2 to 5 years in TIC industry (Testing Inspection, Certification)
・Language: English- Business Level
・Others:
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Pronounced ability for self- motivation.
- Ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
- Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area.
- Proven track record in sales.
- User knowledge in MS Office, Salesforce.com.
- Business orientation, result orientation, services
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
