<Job Responsibilities>

- Monitor, system and periodically report credits.
- Recognize the issue, propose necessary solutions and working with assigned units such as Audit Company, Tax authorities, Valuation company, Bank...
- Plan to use capital according to the investment needs and operational needs of the Company.
- Research, analyze project FS (Feasibility study), evaluate investment opportunities, research market and research projects, analyze investment opportunities by building valuation models.
- Analyze the project financial statements (Cash flow, Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet), understanding about IFRS and VAS
- Perform other tasks as directed by direct management.
- Analyze differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and interviews with PIC from its partners, effectively prepare revised budget numbers.

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree (major in finance or accounting)
・Language: English Business Level (both speaking and writing)
・Experience:
‐ Knowledge and experience in feasibility study preparation and analysis on real estate development (especially for residentials)
‐ 5~10 years of knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, tax as well as budget and actual analysis in Real Estate industry
‐ PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)

<Personality / Skills>・Able to communicate smoothly beyond age, nationality, and company affiliation

・Working experience in investment finance, accounting, or audit
*Experience at big 4 accounting firms or real estate developer is preferred
・Sharp thinking, and ability to establish good relationships with partners, authorities, and customers.
・Ability to observe, judge & synthesize.
・Vision Building Skills- Goals and Planning
・Team coordination and management skills.
・Fluency in English reading comprehension & communication skills.
・Language: Japanese Business Level
・Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas

・Skills related to cost management and cost operation
・Risk management & change management skills.
