Account Executive

Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
Manage documentation related to quotations, project contracts, and agreements.
Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Research and stay updated on new creative marketing trends within the industry and market.
Assist in the preparation of proposals for prospective clients.
Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of paperwork and contracts.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations and manage stress effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Proficient in English with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, and at least 6.5 in both listening and speaking skills.
Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable plans.
Excellent coordination and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
Dynamic, creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage documentation accurately.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
1- 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference within agencies.

Direct involvement in the implementation of large- scale projects.

Working hours:
– 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday,
– 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM every Saturday.
