Account Executive (Event)

Job description
Work with Operation team to develop and execute the hard- ware.
Assist to Project Leader to prepare quotation, pre- cost and post- cost.
Small scale project management under supervision of Account Manager.
Assist to Project Leader in specific tasks of project management.
Other duties as assigned by Account Manager/ Head of Department.
Build up and maintain good relationships with suppliers, talents and freelancers.
Collaborate with Planning and Creative teams for proposal development.
Receive brief directly from client and debrief to project team.
Job requirement
One- year experience as an Account Executive in Event & Activation or IMC agency.
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
Project management skills.
Good problem- solving skills.
Good presentation and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to pay close attention to details.
Customer Service mindset.
Knowledge of content and social/ digital marketing is a plus.
