Accountant - From 13 Million OR More (Speaking English) Công Ty TNHH HS

- Follow up bank transactions and make report monthly.
- Record general journal related to costs, payable, accrual, salary…into accounting system
- Issue VAT invoice to Customers.
- Prepare all VAT declaration monthly to submit to Tax Department and make payment on time in compliance with Tax Law.
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
- Responsible for payroll, overtime, social insurance for employees.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly taxes.
• Involve in closing the financial books monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
• Liaise with banks, and tax departments to solve related matters.
• Prepare month- end report and annual financial report.
• Support on Tax finalization and Auditing.
- Support Chief Accountant to prepare the financial statement yearly for auditing purpose.

- Have experience in working for manufacturing
- Age from 23 to 30 year old.
- Working Time: 08:00- 17:00, Mon- Sat (Morning), Saturday: 08:00- 12:00 (2 times/month)
- Good English skills (4 skills, especially speaking skill), Ms. Office: Excel, Word, and Accounting Software.
- 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Graduated Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting
- Working Location: Floor 8, COBI Tower I, No. 69 Hoang Van Thai St, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCM
