Responsibilities
Administration Task
• Inspection: Send project info. to inspection agency, make Lift profile, scan, record
• Certified and recertified for fitters/ subcon
• Update subcon pool file: active, inactive, personal information, production line
• Payment/ Claim: Check the claim, scan, record, send to FIN and support
• Send message to TRC team/subcon
• Billing Request (MOS, INSPECTION, HO, VO, TMA): Check contract term, collect minutes, calculate the billing value, get PM&039;s approval, submit Commercial
Field team.
• Support with document transmission b/w Office and jobsite
• Admin: Notarization, Send message to Field Staff : for training, order uniform, event; Distribute card to Field staff (ID Card,…); Responsible for
• Support NI for scan, photo, record docs into destination folder.
PM&039;s approval; Receive SAIS report from TF, keep in box file
managing the stamps, taxi cards; Process making Business Card; Prepare POA of NI Director and Managers; Submit minutes from Subcon to get
• NI Contact List update; Stationary order; Check cost/cost code: Grab/Taxi/Photo…
• Subcon: register, arrange to training for subcon/fitter; Input 7 cores- module
• Organize NI Meeting / Event: Book meeting room, order tea break
to subcon pool file; update SF and compare to subcon pool file; connect to
subcon/safety/TF: inform training: safety refresh, theory training..
• Organize NI events and engagement activities as per request
• Update resource tracking file

• To lead by example and be safety role model in responsible areas and/or Team;
• To drive and develop safety behaviour and culture across Schindler Vietnam in accordance with Safety Management System, legal requirements, Schindler Global safety Fundamental and Initiatives;
• To report all Unsafe Event and Incidents according to Schindler Safe Working Procedure (SOP) and legal requirements;
• To ensure fulfill all defined safety target and site safety execution (if any).
