Utilize generative AI to uncover actionable insights, predict trends, and design AI- powered solutions that address business challenges, enhance decision- making, and boost productivity.
Driving initiatives to optimize the operational excellence of the data and AI team. Taking proactive steps to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the team in handling data- related tasks and processes.
Conduct internal investigations and use LLM applications to analyze unstructured data, generate summaries, or extract key insights.
Extracting data to report to customers. Investigate and suggest improvements based on customer feedback. Ensure that analytics solutions being developed align with business objectives.
Effectively communicate insights, model outcomes, and recommendations to business executives in an understandable and actionable manner.
Collaborate with business stakeholders across products, sales, marketing, and technology to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and LLM- powered solutions.
Combine proprietary and external data to perform advanced analyses, explaining the “what”, “why”, and “how” to stakeholders, as well as internal investigation.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG!

Open- minded, friendly, and strong willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (statistics, story telling).
Good proficiency in SQL and intermediate proficiency in Python. Experience with data visualization libraries or platforms such as Jaspersoft, Tableau, Dashboards, is considered a plus.
Familiarity with applying Large Language Models (LLMs) in work is preferred. In addition, experience with tools and frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or cloud- based AI services like Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI is A STRONG PLUS.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills, and the ability to translate findings for a non- technical audience.
3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Research Engineer, AI Engineer… or related fields.
Good written and spoken English.
Proven ability to design, fine- tune, and integrate LLMs into workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs. Capable of communicating the impact of AI applications to non- technical stakeholders, bridging technical expertise with the business side.
Strong business acumen – the most important ability is to relate the data to our and our clients’ business needs. The ability to technically excel when handling data is welcome, but not mandatory.
Work experience with logistics or supply chain data is a plus.
