AI Engineer

We are seeking an AI Engineer to lead innovative projects in computer vision, NLP, LLM, and Generative AI. In this role, you&039;ll design, optimize, and deploy scalable AI models across edge devices and cloud platforms, delivering solutions in areas like surveillance, healthcare, and AI- driven automation. Key responsibilities include deploying AI models as APIs, optimizing model performance, and ensuring efficient, real- time processing. This role demands strong technical expertise and a passion for building AI solutions that solve real- world challenges effectively.

Build scalable pipelines using Docker, Docker Compose, multi- threading, and microservices.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various projects and ensure alignment with overall product goals.
Partner with software and hardware engineers to optimize deployments on specific platforms and devices.
Research and experiment with state- of- the- art AI technologies, including emerging models and frameworks, to drive innovation and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain APIs (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) to enable smooth model interactions and integration with the system (e.g., WebApp, BE, FE)
Design, train, finetune, and optimize AI models for tasks like computer vision, transformer, LLM, and GenAI.
Write clean, efficient, and well- documented Python code, following best practices and coding standards. Ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and optimized for performance, with thorough inline comments and comprehensive documentation for future reference.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and database systems like MongoDB.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model monitoring, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Docker, and Kubernetes for managing AI deployments at scale.
Experience with Docker, microservices, and cross- platform development.
Solid understanding of API design and integration.
At least 3 years of hands- on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models for real- time applications.
Proven experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models for real- time applications.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields is preferred.
Experience with advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, federated learning, LLM, or GenAI.
Experience with version control systems like Git, and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong knowledge of Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deep learning frameworks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.
