Got It Vietnam is looking for a motivated and organized AI Model Training Data Lead to join our expanding operations team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the labeling processes and academic content development for our new AI- powered MathGPT product.
The Core Job
Serve as on- the- ground leader focused on labeling/developing the academic & technical content of the product for our Hanoi- based team, covering math (Algebra, Calculus, Statistics) & science subjects (Chemistry, Biology)
Contribute as a thought leader in solving operational challenges.
Lead and manage a team of talented labeling specialists by providing mentorship and guidance in day- to- day tasks and projects.
Work closely with the AI & Product team to continuously improve the labeling quality and processes through the application of AI.
You should have
Leadership experienced.
Great knowledge of math subjects (Stats, Cal) & coding skills
Problem- solving and can- do- attitude
Exposure to the US education system is a plus
BA/BS degree from a top school with at least 4+ years of working experience in a related field (education/operations/IT).
Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS >= 7.5 or TOEIC >= 900 or equivalent)
