Drive sustainable Sales growth
for assigned retail locations
Collaborate with other departments such as Merchandising/ Warehouse, Marketing, Finance…to devise sales strategy and plans, propose, and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability
In charge of all daily operations of all assigned stores (up to 15). Monitor, provide constant support and drive staff to achieve target with measurable results.
Role- model and champion excellent customer service culture across stores, making proposals to enhance the retention of existing customers and develop new potential customer bases.
Manage effective Merchandise & Inventory Management in store
Inspect and monitor to ensure stores conduct monthly inventory checks according to company regulations.
Ensure proper storage and rational arrangement of goods
Manage and control all aspects of inventory management, ensuring compliance with procedures and guidelines to achieve target stock levels and minimize losses.
Optimize product displays to maximize productivity, meet brand VM standards and enhance product presentation.
Participate in planning merchandise purchases based on deep understanding about customer demands and trends.
Lead Excellent Store Operations
Lead after sales services to meet luxury services standards
Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports as requested
Liaise and build sustainable relationship with landlords/ partners for promotional campaigns, take initiatives to propose tactical programs in collaboration effort and follow up leasing terms
Conduct frequent evaluations and coaching sessions to ensure staff conducts, service behaviors and store images align with company and brand regulations.
In charge of excellent store operational standards execution.
Prepare the store visit plan and ensure regular frequency of visit plus provide status update of the store visits.
Ensure compliance with established retail policies, operating procedures, initiatives and directives through store audits
Build the people
In partnership with Learning and Development team to provide trainings including: product knowledge, service behaviors, selling skills, soft skills, leadership...
Propose sales commission and incentive schemes to motivate store teams to achieve the budget.
Set performance objective, KPIs and career development plans for sales team
Recruit, train and develop a strong and sustainable talent pools
Build best practice sharing culture, promote and recognize key talents.
Develop highly engaged, customer- centric and result- oriented sales team.
Store expansion & Business development
Organize the opening, modification, refurbishment or closure process
Seek the opportunities, propose and participate in new projects in line with business development pipeline
