Objective of role:
Participate in developing and proposing business strategies alongside the Operations Manager (OM) to achieve the company&039;s goals at each business stage.
Take charge of building and developing the management team, as well as the business team. Provide training, guidance, direction, and inspiration to the staff.
Coordinate closely with departments to implement business strategies, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and operational cost control.
Ensure a healthy and fair working environment based on the company&039;s business philosophy and core values.
Assume responsibility for overseeing all operational activities of the store chain within the region/area.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Ensure all stores achieve sales targets:
Manage assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue: Regional/Area sales, UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), Customer Satisfaction, etc.
Collaborate in developing business strategies with the Operations Manager (OM).
Propose plans, implement, and monitor business activities in the region/area at each business stage.
Store Operations Management:
Propose the development and implementation of regulations, procedures, policies, and programs for the stores.
Plan and implement efficient operational solutions.
Ensure the store&039;s image within the region/ area (product display, cleanliness, fixed asset maintenance, inventory management, etc.) meets the company&039;s operational standards.
Ensure the employees&039; image is neat and in accordance with the brand standards.
Take responsibility for managing the budget and monitoring operational expenses in the region/ area.
Customer Service:
Monitor the quality of customer service according to the brand and company standards. Provide customers with the best possible experience.
Contribute to planning quarterly and annual promotional campaigns.
Develop a strategy to maintain and grow the store&039;s loyal customer base, proposing programs for VIP customers.
Participate in handling customer complaints (if any).
Human Resources Management:
Take responsibility for recruitment, training, and personnel development aligned with the goals of individuals and the company.
Build a healthy and fair environment based on the company&039;s business philosophy and core values.
Ensure the rights and obligations of employees: attendance tracking, working hours, overtime, labor contracts, leave, resignations, work assignments, handling incidents, complaint situations, etc.
Inventory Management:
Provide guidance to subordinates in the event of incidents such as negative sales, incorrect sales codes, inventory discrepancies, etc.
Control operational processes to ensure the prevention of loss or damage to goods.
Coordinate with other departments to implement and resolve issues related to the goods of the managed store chain.
Analyze and collaborate with the purchasing department (Merchandise) in making appropriate buying decisions based on the business situation at the stores.
