Sales Management
• Develop consultants to qualify for new titles, achieve personal targets, and meet group goals.
• Manage branch sales targets and contribute to achieving company- wide objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Ensure ongoing recruitment of new leaders and consultants to support business growth.
Training & Development
• Organize leadership councils to foster close partnerships with key leaders.
• Develop monthly training plans aligned with company activities to achieve recruitment and development goals.
• Coach leaders in setting goals and provide continuous support through joint actions and follow- ups.
• Conduct training sessions for leaders on monthly LC meetings, Oriflame Academy modules, and other company initiatives.
Event Organization
• Collaborate with suppliers for venue rentals, photographers, printing services, etc., ensuring high- quality event execution.
• Create an engaging atmosphere at events that fosters excitement and success.
• Plan and execute motivational events, public events, recruiting campaigns, catalogue launches, roadshows, and beauty shows.
Marketing & Content Creation
• Build engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Fanpages, groups) to support consultants’ efforts.
• Design visuals and post images/videos on social media channels for recruitment or promotional campaigns.
• Capture highlights from programs/events for promotional use.
Administrative Tasks & Support
• Evaluate consultants’ feedback and incorporate their suggestions into actionable strategies.
• Perform customer service activities such as greeting leaders on birthdays or congratulating new titles.
• Update daily reports as required by management.
• Support nutrition clubs, skincare clubs, leader clubs, and other distributor- focused initiatives.
