Assistant Associate Director

• Lead and manage the team to formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the group properties.
• Do other related arising jobs are assigned by management.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Providing regular updates to Management on market supply, demand, pricing, competition and market positioning for the asset.
• Provide strong strategic leadership and coaching to the team securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects.
• Responsible for preparing and checking annual rental budget and rental forecast
• Managing day to day function of the department and providing supervision to staff.

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business Marketing.

• At least 4- 8 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing including 3 or more years in a managerial capacity.

• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.

• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.

• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.

• Candidates with Retail Management experience in South East Asia may be considered for a regional role.

• High teamwork spirit, collaboration skill
