Associate Team Leader – Legal

Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts;
Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects and initiatives;
Independently evaluate, consult and control the assigned work/section of work;
Carrying out legal consulting work at the request of business units to ensure: (i) compliance with legal regulations, internal regulations of the company (ii) effective quality of consulting activities best and according to SLA;

Ability to understand the business and balance business needs with legal and ethical obligations;
Bachelor degree in laws, background in finance – banking is a plus;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing;
Up to 5 years’ proven experience in legal;
Positive attitude and results- oriented approach, with a strong commitment to the company’s values and mission;
Good time management and organizational skills.
Good legal knowledge and ability to conduct legal research, legal memo drafting;
Creative thinker with the ability to provide innovative legal solutions to complex problems;
