IT Team Leader Python, ReactJS, AI Up to 50M

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role requires a full- stack expert with a deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI platform integration, and end- toend software service deployment. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, overseeing system design, and ensuring the delivery of high- quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Proficiency in both back- end (Python) and front- end (React.js or equivalent) technologies is essential for this role.

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Manage end- to- end software development processes, from concept and planning deployment and maintenance.
Ensure solutions are built on robust cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), optimizing for scalability, security, and performance.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to the engineering team, fostering growth and collaboration.
Oversee full- stack development, integrating both front- end and back- end components using technologies such as Python and React.js for seamless functionality.
Integrate various AI platform APIs, utilizing machine learning and AI tools to enhance product capabilities.
Maintain documentation and enforce coding standards, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and maintain high quality.
Lead the technical design and architecture of complex, scalable software solutions.

Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools.
Hands- on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; cloud Solution Architect certification is highly desirable.
3+ years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in full- stack development and cloud architecture.
Excellent problem- solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to overcoming technical challenges.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cloud Solution Architect certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
Proficiency in integrating AI and machine learning APIs and working with cloud- based AI services.
Strong expertise in system design, API integration, and full- stack technologies, including front- end (React.js or equivalent) and backend (Python) development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop engineering talent.
