Ensure the high level of cleanliness in (and behind) the bar and service (store) area makes sure that it is kept in a hygienic and organized manner, fit for food and beverage service.
Produces and serve all drink and cocktails ensuring that mixing recipe and quantities offered and serve are always according to the set standard.
Ensure that bar counters, fridges, cupboards and working tables / stations are kept clean at all times.
Maintains an adequate stock of all drink and condiments needed in the bar and writes the daily store frequisition accordingly.
Maintain high level of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene at all time.
Provides and ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous order taking, serving, of food and beverages and clearing of the tables by participating actively.
Familiarizes himself with daily menu and functions and special promotional activities in
Ensure all table linen, bar counters, tables, chairs, service equipment, trolleys trays, hollow – and silver ware and small equipment are used correctly and kept in clean condition and report defects promptly.

Ensure that no drink is taken from the bar without proper documentation or to unauthorized persons and reports immediately any irregularities to the ASS FB.
Checks daily function sheets and menu, ensure the set- up bar and the distribution of the need items and equipment accordingly.
Participates in service training and other hotel related training programmes and organized training..
Participates in service meetings and other meeting whenever is required.
Checks the in house guest list and follow up on expected arrivals for welcome drinks arrangements and special functions.
Achieve and maintain high rating at all times.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Adopts the “clear as you go “ before leaving
Familiarizes himself with the hotel fire, safety and security procedures.
