Bartender - Nhân viên Pha chế (Café Central An Đông)

Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
Prepare and serve drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
Serve alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, including wine, coffee, juices, smoothies and other drinks as required.
Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment regularly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in keeping records of popular items and restocking needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well- stocked bar area in accordance with hygiene and service standards.
Prepare simple garnishes and assist with basic drink setup when required.
Ensure all beverage stations are replenished and ready for service.
Support the team in delivering a smooth and pleasant guest experience at the beverage counter.

Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, F&B Service, or other related fields
Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts
Experience in preparing and serving coffee, juices, smoothies, ... is a strong advantage
Able to communicate in English or Chinese at a basic service level
Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4–5 star hotel or restaurant environment
Basic knowledge of wine and alcoholic beverages
