JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure that theteam will achieve a high- level of KPI and operation standard
Execute distributionoperations in accordance to the SOP and stipulated KPIs
Guide andsupport all functions for all related distribution matter.
Do Billing forthe monthly operation, to customer and to vendor; manage cost and revenueduring operation to ensure that the P&L will be optimized.
Ensure thatbilling is completed accurately and timely and P&L is managed accurately
Update shipmentsinto TMS and Tracking file, Update the service progress to internal/externalcustomers.
Receive thedaily plan from customer, coordinate with Operation Team to follow operation until obtaining POD fromconsignee (if any).
Ensurecompliance with country subcontractor management policies and procedures.
DoAdministration jobs for Team.
Documentationand manage documents/POD from Team.
Subcontractor Management
Work withsuppliers to improve their service if KPIs are not being met
Ensure that theKPIs are being achieved by the subcontractors
Process Improvement
Contribute todefining and optimizing productivity and efficiency parameters and workflowprocesses.
HSSE
Ensure that HSSEguidance is followed by subcontractors and staff
Report nearmisses to Manager / Supervisor
Understand theHSSE policy of the company
Follow the HSSEpolicy of the company
REQUIREMENTS
Skills Required
Strong critical thinking, analytical andproblem- solving skills
Keen eye for process improvement
Good mix of business and systems knowledge
Team player with a good working attitudeand the ability to learn quickly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,both verbal and written (Vietnamese); fluency in English is a plus
Experience and Qualifications
University degree in Logisticsoperation/Logistics engineering/Economic Industry.
