Responsibilities
Be responsible for developing the key brand- LEGO Education, which specializes in providing educational solution packages for customers (including tools, training, marketing) to help them achieve their goals.
Primary customer targets: Training centers, schools, government entities, and parents of students.
Main duties:
Prepare related reports as required by management.
Work with related departments, especially the Logo Team, to understand the programs and business plans for the year to execute appropriate programs in Vietnam as committed to the brand.
Understand the LEGO Education brand and its products, focus on the primary customer target groups to create suitable marketing programs boost sales B2B, B2C.
Manage the website (steamsolutions. com. vn) and the LEGO Education fan page.
Be in charge of PR for educational events and major competitions.
Organize and attend workshops, trade shows, industry exhibitions, and other events to seek potential customers and provide them with opportunities to learn about the organization and its products and services.
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for responsible products.
Work with agencies for digital campaigns.
Find sponsors for competitions.
Collaborate with the media team and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop marketing content that meets marketing requirements.
Build, schedule, and execute marketing programs, including product promotions, sales channels, and pricing. Review business results based on the marketing plan and propose improvement plans.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns, pricing policies, and promotions to achieve business goals.
Coordinate with partners to develop marketing programs to support partners.
Develop and take responsibility for marketing, sales, product development strategies, and services accompanying purchases to achieve business objectives set by the company through establishing, developing, and maintaining long- term relationships with relevant ministries and agencies.
