The Job
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions, work efficiently on internal product prototypes, and deliver impactful results for our world- class e- commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs.
Define and document requirements for simple, quick, and efficient prototypes/products.
Documentation and Layout:
Design layouts to support the development of internal IT products.
Create clear, concise, and well- structured documentation for product requirements and workflows.
Collaborative Development:
Act as a bridge between technical and non- technical teams to ensure alignment.
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to discuss requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Monitor and validate testing outcomes to ensure a high- quality product.
Design and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure product functionality meets business requirements.
Business Expertise and Innovation:
Leverage expertise in e- commerce (preferred) or other domains to inform product design and implementation.
Drive the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency while meeting global business standards.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Prior experience in e- commerce is a significant advantage.
Skills:
Proficient in business documentation, workflow creation, and requirements analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
Strong problem- solving skills with the ability to deliver fast and efficient prototypes.
Good English skills.
Testing Knowledge:
Ability to design, execute, and monitor test plans to ensure requirements fulfilment.
Attributes:
Proactive, organized, and detail- oriented.
Adaptable to a fast- paced environment with a focus on delivering quality results.
