The Job

As a Business Analyst at GFT, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for writing business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing change initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write comprehensive business requirements and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Manage change initiatives to ensure seamless project transitions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Your Skills and Experience

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking or fintech.
  • Strong techno-functional skills with a solid understanding of core banking platforms (e.g., Card, Onboarding, AML, Fraud Management).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Proficient in project methodology and Agile development processes (e.g., Scrum).
  • Skilled in writing use cases, workflows, business processes, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with tools like Lucid Chart, Miro, Jira, and Figma.
  • Understanding of digital platforms and underlying technologies.
  • Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the financial sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
