Business Development

- Promote new products and develop new business prospect in market, follow up on leads and referrals in the market.
- Having an in- depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Work closely with Customer and Regional team/Corporate team/other countries on studying customer requirement, new product design, product suitability and risk analysis.
- Developing growth strategies and plans of new products including non- standardized equipment’s business opportunity for organization.
- Coordinate for material & supplier sourcing, contract terms clause for non- standard products and set up proper process, service workflow, and educate stakeholders for non- ECR products
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Work on business proposal, MOU, contract.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and increasing client base.
- Leverage relationships with key accounts and responsible to maintain daily customer service related matter.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally.

- Dynamic and have high energy to thrive in fast paced environment.
- Willing to take on "hands- on" approach and work at ground level to develop business.
- Creative and innovative in business / product development and providing solution to customer.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with services minded, positive attitude and ability to self- motivate.
- Computer literate, with emphasis on presentation skill, MS Office.
- Good problem solving and proven ability to negotiate.
- At least 3- 5 years working experience in FMCG / Supply Chain industry, new products and solution development function
- Good command of Oral & Written English. Any extra language would be added advantages.
- Minimum degree holder.
- Preferable to have experience in preparing proposal in FMCG / Supply Chain industry.
