As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our network efforts, being in charge of acquiring and nurturing both advertisers and affiliates across various verticals such as Lead Generation, VOD, mobile subscriptions and apps among others.
Your role is crucial in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities and it requires a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a data- driven approach to build comprehensive business proposals and secure new business partnerships that support our company&039;s growth strategy.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
Expand our client database by acquiring new advertisers and affiliates, focusing on a broad range of partners and ensuring a balanced focus across both top players and emerging partners
Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to identify, engage and secure new partners across diverse verticals
Manage on a daily basis CRM systems activities, including leads processing and management, deals pipelines, automated key processes and reporting, in order to enhance efficiency
Leverage internal data and analytics tools to monitor performance as well as to extract and interpret data, identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing partner performance
Develop and execute a robust pipeline that aligns with our company’s objectives, contributing to the revenue growth and achieving your KPIs targets
Drive the end- to- end business development process, from identifying opportunities to leading negotiations and closing deals, using data insights and building compelling business proposals that align with our expertise and strategic goals
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, proactively identifying new verticals and growth opportunities to enhance our market presence
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) meticulously, generating regular reports to inform strategic decision- making and measure success
YOUR ATTRIBUTES:

Excellent knowledge of various traffic types, flows and business models (CPA/CPL/CPI/CPS) and their effect and results over different products
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships across different levels of an organization
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, with a deep understanding of automation processes
Ability to analyze data, performance metrics and market research to monitor and evaluate the success of business development efforts, make regular reports and informed decisions
Familiarity with data management tools and tracking software systems (Affise, Hasoffers, Appsflyer, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with a keen eye for detail and a results- driven approach
4+ years of prior experience in Business Development, Sales and Affiliate Marketing and a proven track record of sales across multiple verticals
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on data- driven decision- making
