Job Description:
Contract Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals that benefit both WATA TECH and our clients.
Financial & Project Management: Work closely with finance and project teams to track leads, proposals, contracts, invoicing, and payments.
Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their pain points. Proactively seek out new opportunities through networking, cold calling, B2B platforms, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
Resource Coordination: Partner with HR and resource management teams to ensure the availability of qualified staff for client projects.
Proposal & Quote Development: Collaborate with pre- sales teams (business analysts and technical experts) to analyze client requirements, estimate project scopes, and create winning proposals and quotes.
Client Presentations & Relationship Building: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of WATA TECH&039;s products and services. Develop lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the software or technology industry.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to analyze client needs, solve problems creatively, and close deals.
Self- motivated, results- driven, and passionate about sales.
Strong proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Education & Experience: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
