Business Development Executive

We are looking for a passionate and potential caliber Sales candidate to join and build up the strength of our products. This position is open and welcome candidates who are proactive, passionate about sales and strong in technical area. You will be provided with a comprehensive and intensive training program to adapt the job.

Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.
Follow up project from beginning to closing sales, payment collection.
Support and implement company sales and marketing programs, and product introductions.
Meet and work with Architect on product presentation/ technical recommendation and specification.
Responsible the Sales target set for the business.
Prepares and presents quotation/ tender and acquires customer orders.
Establish and develop a close relationship with the developers, architect, consultants, main contractors and sub- contractors.

Experience: 1 year (not mandatory, candidate will be trained).
Good presentation & communication skills.
Proficiency in MS office
Good network in Building and Construction Industry is preferable.
Ability to work actively, team work and independently
Knowledge about constructions fields can be an advantage.
Fluent English skill
