We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who not only has a strong sales mindset but also understands the value of thoughtful, strategic communication. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident in closing deals, passionate about brand building, and excited to represent a growing agency with both creative services and a unique media platform.
We also operate RICE Channel TV, our owned media platform that showcases real people- real stories, and serves as a powerful space for brands to connect with highly engaged viewers across Vietnam.

What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the leadership and strategy teams to shape go- to- market plans and sharpen our value proposition
Use market insight and critical thinking to forecast opportunities, assess client needs, and position our agency as the ideal partner for long- term communication goals
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across both RICE Content & Media agency services, and branded content opportunities on RICE Channel TV.
Identify high- potential client segments and industries (e.g., FMCG, F&B, Real Estate, Corporates) and tailor outreach plans accordingly
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from lead generation to closing
Monitor performance and adjust tactics regularly to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Nurture long- term relationships with key clients for future upselling and referrals
Lead client outreach efforts (inbound and outbound), from first contact to closing
Represent RICE in meetings and pitches with clarity, confidence, and insight
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their brand needs and tailoring storytelling solutions accordingly
Product & Platform Advocacy
Clearly communicate the value of our storytelling methodology and its application to clients’ business goals
Be proactive in identifying how our services and platform can integrate into clients’ existing marketing and communication strategies
Promote RICE Channel TV as a powerful owned media platform for brand visibility and branded content
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Maintain CRM and provide regular reporting on leads, conversion rates, and insights from the field
Keep up with industry trends, client needs, and competitors to fine- tune positioning and pitch strategies
Work closely with the Strategy, Production, and Content teams to align on proposal development and client solutions
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or B2B sales (preferably in creative/marketing/advertising or media industries)
Comfortable selling abstract products like methodologies, creative solutions, or media platforms
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English
Highly organized, self- driven, and outcome- oriented
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance short- term wins and long- term growth
