JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients
Maintain and follow campaign activities in CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
Set up virtual nad in- person sales meetings
Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed, upon and customers have signed contracts.
Take care of and answer clients’ information and oversee the business’ sales process.
Create positive, long- lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Develop rapport with key decision- makers
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow- up.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Prepare proposal materials customized for each client’s specific business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Have 1- 2 years of experience in Sales and knowledge of digital marketing.
Experience in making Quotations, Proposals & presentations.
Good communication, negotiation skills, and a good command of English.
Hardworking, outgoing, proactive & adaptable personality.
Ability to calculate and a knack for numbers is a plus.
Experience working in an agency is a plus.
