Business Development Executive

We are seeking an innovative Business Development Executive to plan and oversee the implementation of our business development in the field of online foreign language education.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Proactively seek knowledge and find suppliers for business development campaigns.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor business development initiatives and participate in preparation of sales and marketing activities.
- Negotiate, persuade and coordinate with partners during the implementation process.
- Approach and develop relationship with target clients and identify customer needs.
- Develop and implement business development plans and campaigns, report work progress.
- Gather and evaluate business development campaign data, and reporting the results.
- Manage all business development campaigns and establishing strong partner networks.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a business development executive or equivalent. Experience for foreign language training facilities is preferred.
- Qualification: Bachelor&039;s degree majoring in business administration or another related field.
- Skills:
+ Superb communication, and collaboration capabilities.
+ Ability to travel as necessary.
+ Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
+ Excellent time- management, organizational and problem- solving skills.
