Mô tả công việc

FLYER virtual exam room helps students prepare for international English certification exams. Since its launch, FLYER has been welcomed and responded to by over 100,000 students, teachers, centers, and international schools. FLYER&039;s mission is to help students practice and evaluate their English proficiency effectively through interesting experiences.

Recognize and grasp partners&039; needs to then introduce appropriate services.
Work with the product development team to build product programs/features to best meet the needs of partners.
Participate in developing partner database.
Actively seek and cooperate with partners, centers, schools, and teachers who need to use the product.
Schedule a face- to- face meeting/online meeting to introduce the FLYER Virtual Test Preparation Room and its features to those partners.
Receive and filter a list of potential teachers, centers, and schools from the company&039;s Marketing campaign to become targets for the sales team.
Consulting on training goals and learning roadmap with partners via social channels or by phone.
Report to the leader on progress and business results; partners&039; needs, problems, and concerns; Competitors&039; activities and potential in product/service business development.
Call/send emails to introduce the company and products/services to those teachers, centers, and schools

Yêu cầu công việc

Priority is given to candidates with an English certificate
Understand clearly about business performance measurement indicators
Priority is given to candidates with experience in online sales/educational sales/English sales.
Have sales, communication and negotiation skills
Priority is given to candidates with experience working with schools and English centers
Able to organize work, handle work pressure well and can travel frequently
Ability to self- motivate, set specific goals and focus on achieving them
Have skills in organizing work, time management, and relationship management
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields
Priority is given to candidates with at least 1 year of working experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Officer or similar positions in the Education sector.

Commission and bonuses based on sales team KPIs

Fixed salary upto 20,000,000 VND (Probation 100% fixed salary, regardless of KPI)
