JOB PURPOSE

The job Exists to grow profitable revenue and meet specific company objectives by focusing on market penetration, customer retention and development and acquisition of new business, maintain credit control of credit clients and get market information on projects and competitors to update the database.
The job Contributes towards achieving the target revenue of the department by creating a profitable relationship with existing clients and bringing in new customers.
The Main Purpose of the job is to sell air/ sea freight and customs clearance services including projects to target customers.

PRINCIPAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Keep detailed records of sales activities, including client engagements, and revenue projections. Regular report to management.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Nurture good relationship with existing client base and build a strong network of potential customers to ensure continuous growth in sales.
Achieve sales targets both in terms of revenue and volume to maintain the high sales.
Support the work assigned by the manager.
Exchange and negotiate contract terms, prices, delivery time, draft contracts according to the content agreed with customers.
Identify and develop on business opportunities within the logistics industry grow revenue, select, and target prospective customers to ensure growth.

HSSE & GROUP COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition, you shall ensure compliance with the GAC Compliance Policy (which consists of the GAC Anti- Bribery and Corruption Policy, the GAC Anti- Money Laundering Policy, the GAC Whistleblowing Policy and the GAC Sanctions Policy) and observe the principles contained in the GAC Code of Ethics.
You have the responsibility to ensure compliance with the GAC Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy and all the requirements stated in the existing HSSE documentation system, respecting industrial and personal safety and environmental precautions, whereas you and employees always consider the safety of oneself and others. It is your duty to ensure that all employees understand that they have the responsibility and authority to stop any works and report when an unsafe condition or act could result in an undesirable HSSE event.

Yêu cầu công việc

Educational Qualification: College/ University
Communication / Language: Fluent in English – oral and writing
Specialist Knowledge
Detailed Experience Levels: Minimum 02 year working in Logistics Business Development
Computer Aptitude: Proficient in MS Office
Professional Qualification: Logistics, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Good knowledge about logistics industrial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results- driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving targets.
