RESPONSIBILITIES:
Do weekly/monthly report- Keep track of all related business operation processes to ensure the business quality and problem- solving.
Work closely with the planning and operation team to produce optimal solutions to client’s needs during the pitching stage and project operation
Present proposals, media plans and reports to clients and getting their approval.
Undertake administrative work and keeping records of clients
Responsible for sales target
Assist in managing aspects of the client outreach process, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
Searches new potential clients to meet target revenue, identifies business opportunities
Monitoring of the project progress to ensure project efficiency and good outcomes.
Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and concerns and offering digital marketing solutions
Develop and grow the partnership long term and ensure all opportunities are maximized.
REQUIREMENTS:
Flexibility in problem- solving and the ability to work well under pressure
Have a detailed understanding of marketing solutions and good skill presentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good English skills
Ability to build strong relationships with media outlets and related parties
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in agencies
Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fast- paced environment.
KPI- driven with a solution- oriented mindset
Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proactive, dedicated, and passionate
Highly self- motivated, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Proficiency in the English language
