KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & New Client Acquisition
- Market Research & Analysis
Build and expand a high- quality database of potential clients, including major brands, agencies, KOLs, artists, and other key business partners.
Conduct in- depth research on the market, trends in media, entertainment, events, e- commerce, and related industries to identify new business opportunities.
Analyze client data, sales performance, and market trends to extract valuable insights that support strategic business development approaches.
- Client Prospecting & Outreach
Schedule meetings, engage directly with prospects, and gain a deep understanding of their needs and business goals.
Proactively search for, approach, and “hunt” new potential clients through multiple channels (cold calling/emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry events, referrals from personal networks, etc.).
Build and maintain strategic, long- term relationships with current clients to maximize upselling and cross- selling opportunities across Nina Group’s services.
Planning, Deal Closing & Contract Negotiation
- Strategy Building & Proposal Development
Ensure proposals clearly showcase Nina Group’s unique value and competitive advantages (4,000m² studio & venue, 500m² in- house production workshop, market- leading livestream capabilities, full- scale project management capacity, etc.).
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative, Production, Livestream, etc.) to brainstorm ideas, develop tailored plans, and create sales proposals/pitches that are creative, compelling, persuasive, and cost- optimized for each specific client.
- Negotiation & Contract Finalization
Ensure contract terms align with the company’s pricing strategy and profit targets.
Work with the Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to negotiate, resolve arising issues, and finalize contracts with clients.
Efficiently manage the sales pipeline via CRM tools, ensuring all activities and client interactions are properly recorded and tracked.
Performance Tracking & Process Optimization
- Target Achievement & Reporting
Proactively plan and strive to meet or exceed assigned individual sales targets while contributing to the overall revenue goals of the team.
Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trend analysis to support strategic decision- making.
- Process Optimization
Propose new methods, tools or processes to optimize sales performance and business development.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Communication & Presentation Skills: Confident and articulate, with the ability to present solutions persuasively and professionally to clients.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

Experience & Technical Skills
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth is a must.
Minimum of 2–3 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the event, media, marketing industries, or companies offering creative solutions and content production.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is a plus.
Solid grasp of brand marketing strategies, especially the role of KOLs/KOCs, livestreaming, and the latest digital marketing trends.
Have personal laptop.
Proficient in office software (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word), data analysis tools, and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of the media, entertainment, event organization, content production, and e- commerce sectors.
