Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Manager, your mission is simple: win new business. This is a 100% hunter role focused on acquiring new freight forwarding clients and expanding SEKO’s customer base in Vietnam.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
· Manage your own sales pipeline and keep all activities updated in Salesforce (SFDC).
· Present SEKO’s full suite of logistics solutions to potential clients.
· Identify, target, and close new freight forwarding business opportunities.
· Support marketing campaigns and special promotions as needed.
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and profitability.
· Build strong, long- term relationships with clients to increase wallet share and retention.
· Share market insights with internal teams to sharpen our sales strategy.
Yêu cầu công việc
Responsibilities
· Proven track record in air and ocean freight sales.
· Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
· Strong understanding of the logistics industry and customer needs.
· Experience in pricing or customer service is a bonus.
· Experience managing a personal portfolio and thriving in fast- paced environments.
· Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
· Self- driven, adaptable, and results- oriented.
· Over 2 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
