Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for executing the strategies developed by the business development team to grow the club&039;s presence and profitability. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, engaging with potential partners, and contributing to the creation and implementation of business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies and campaigns.
Prepare and maintain reports on market analysis, business development activities, and the status of potential and existing partnerships.
Participate in negotiations and the management of agreements with partners and suppliers under the guidance of senior BD staff.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
Represent the club at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to foster relationships and identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development initiatives with marketing efforts.
Support the generation and qualification of leads for potential partnerships, sponsorships, and other business opportunities.

Requirement:

1- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze market data.
