Job Responsibilities
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support.
Ensure the sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to CEO with actions to improve (If need)
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and together with Performing detailed sales tactics & Strategy.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to understand theirs need and to provide the right solutions to clients.
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Working with team leaders, Managers, Directors from other departments such as marketing, outsourcing, and department to optimize sales.
Performing a Sales forecast, monitoring the actual revenue, analyze the gap and make the proper corrective plan If any)
Build long- term relationships with new and existing customers.
Experience Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 5 working years with proven record as a Sales, or BD from Professional Services Industry ex. Business Consultancy, Legal Services provider etc. of Vietnam market.
Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
Time management and planning skills
The ability to develop the market to gain leads and make the sakes progress from presenting to the agreement deal.
Excellent in English communication
Education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in BA, Sales & Marketing or related field is preferred.
