Sales and Revenue Growth

Monitor sales team performance, provide coaching, and set performance objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet sales quotas.
Maintain a sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.

Client Relationship Management

Understand client needs and work to enhance client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross- selling software products and services.

Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high- performance work environment.

Market Research and Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Use market research to identify potential growth opportunities and threats.

Product Knowledge and Positioning

Stay informed about the company&039;s software products, their features, and benefits.
Train the sales team to effectively communicate the value propositions of the software products.

Client Acquisition

Identify and target potential clients for the company&039;s software solutions.
Develop and implement lead generation and prospecting strategies.

Negotiation and Contract Management

Ensure that all agreements and contracts are aligned with the company&039;s business objectives and legal standards.
Participate in contract negotiations and pricing discussions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

Analyze sales data to make informed decisions for improvement and growth.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and team management, particularly in the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
