Sales Planning:
Conduct in- depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Responsible for the strategy and management of major projects.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan for the Vietnamese market, setting realistic and achievable targets.
Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
Sales Execution:
Build strong relationships with key decision- makers at potential and existing clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
Work closely with all leaders and BOD to design and optimize the KPIs and Incentive scheme for Business Development Executives.
Conduct analysis to identify room for improvement in terms of sales cycle, sales funnel conversion rate, sales productivity, etc.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.
Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage overall performance of the business development team both in term of sales target achievement and the work plan implementation status.
Monitor work progress and keep in contact with clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, quotation, contract, campaign management, negotiating and close agreements).
Sales Execution:
Responsible for promoting local business channel construction, online/offline merchant product sales, etc.
Handle all clients’ enquiries related to on- boarding and sales operation process as well as managing customer relationship to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/partners/vendors/suppliers.
Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
Identify and develop leads, converting them into paying customers.
Responsible for expanding the cooperation resources of Vietnam customers, establishing good relationship and platform building.
Implement activities to develop the business and achieve the revenue target assigned by BOD.
Prepare regular reports in accordance with company regulations and management requirements.
Other task:
Represent the company in events, seminars, workshop,conferences etc.
Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
